As a neutral third party, Title Concepts, LLC carries out the instructions in a purchase agreement between the buyer and seller or the borrowerand Lender in a refinance situation with maximum responsiveness and attention to detail. We also handle all of the disbursement associated with a closing.

  • Order  payoff's on existing deeds of trust and liens or judgments,if any

We also conduct Seller Side only Closings which includes the following services:

 

  • Work directly with all parties in a transaction
  • Order a brief title report to verify liens, if any
  • Order the Deed of Bargain and Sale
  • Order termite report, if required
  • Order any and all payoff's or other lien releases found on title
  • Clear any title issues found on the seller's side
  • Prepare other closing documents required by the Buyer's side
  • Conduct the Seller's Closing
  • Deliver documents to the Buyer's Closing Agent for recordation
